Ingredients
For the Dough:
- 3⅓ cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups lukewarm water
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Olive oil

- 3 tbsp Melted vegan butter olive oil
- 2 tbsp Caramelized onions
- 1 tbsp Sun-dried tomatoes finely chopped
- ¼ cup Vegan feta crumbled
- 1 tsp Fresh basil
Option 3: Cream Cheese, Champignon, Onion & Parmesan
- 3 tbsp Vegan cream cheese
- ¼ cup Sautéed champignon mushrooms finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Caramelized onions
- ¼ cup Shredded vegan mozzarella
Option 4: Pesto, Spinach, Cherry Tomato & Feta
- 3 tbsp Vegan pesto
- ¼ cup Fresh spinach chopped
- 3 pieces Cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Vegan feta crumbled
Instructions
Make the Dough:
- Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add lukewarm water and olive oil, then knead until smooth and elastic.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Shape the Dough:
- Divide the dough into equal portions.
- Roll each portion into an elongated oval or rectangular shape.
Add the Toppings:
- Spread one type of topping evenly on each dough portion.
- Lightly press the toppings into the dough to secure them.
Form the Squares:
- Fold the dough edges and shape each into a square.
- Place the squares on a parchment-lined baking sheet, arranging them closely in a grid pattern.
Bake:
- Preheat your oven to 425 °F/ 220 °C
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and toppings are bubbling.
- Monitor during the last few minutes to prevent over-browning.
Serve:
- Let the bread cool slightly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs, olive oil, or extra vegan Parmesan.
