This crispy taco fold is the viral tortilla wrap that’s actually worth the hype. It’s layered with saucy vegan beef, creamy garlic yogurt, crunchy nachos, and melty cheese, then folded into a triangle and toasted in garlicky vegan butter until golden and crisp. Super fun to make, easy to customize, and ridiculously satisfying.

Ingredients
Main Wrap
1large tortilla
3 to 4tablespoonsgarlic yogurt sauce→ Mix vegan yogurt with garliclemon juice, parsley, and salt
A handful of nacho chips
1small handful grated vegan cheese
Vegan Beef Mixture
3 to 4tablespoonsvegan ground beef→ Use store-bought or homemade vegan ground beef
In a pan, cook vegan ground beef with salsa or passata. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Stir and let it simmer for one to two minutes until saucy and thick.
Slice the tortilla
Lay your tortilla flat. Using a knife or scissors, make a single cut from the center straight down to the bottom edge.
Layer the fillings
Think of the tortilla in four sections:
Bottom right: spread the garlic yogurt sauce
Top right: add nacho chips
Top left: spoon in the saucy vegan beef
Bottom left: sprinkle the vegan cheese
Fold
Start at the yogurt section and fold it over the nachos. Then fold over the beef. Finally, fold that over the cheese to create a triangle shape.
Prepare garlic butter
In a skillet, melt the vegan butter with chopped parsley and chili flakes over medium heat.
Toast the wrap
Add the folded tortilla to the pan. Brush the top with more garlic butter. Cook until golden and crispy on both sides, flipping once.
Serve
Slice and enjoy right away while it’s hot and crispy.
Notes
Use a soft tortilla so it doesn’t tear while folding
Don’t overfill or the wrap won’t stay closed
Serve with extra garlic sauce, salsa, or guacamole on the side
You can prep the fillings ahead and assemble fresh for quick meals
Swap in any fillings you love — sautéed veggies, black beans, or tofu all work
