Ingredients
For the Gnocchi:
1lbgnocchi shelf-stable, refrigerated, or frozen – regular, cauliflower, or sweet potato
Preheat your cooking method:- Air Fryer: 390°F (200°C), lightly grease basket.- Oven: 425°F (220°C), line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss gnocchi with neutral oil and all seasonings. If using frozen gnocchi, do not thaw.
Cook until golden and crispy:- Air Fryer: 11–14 minutes (shelf-stable or refrigerated) or 13–16 minutes (frozen), shaking the basket every 4–5 minutes.- Oven: 20–25 minutes (shelf-stable or refrigerated) or 25–30 minutes (frozen), stirring halfway through. For extra crispiness, broil 1–2 minutes at the end.
Once cooked, immediately toss hot gnocchi with vegan parmesan.
For the dip, stir together vegan mayo, Sriracha, parsley, and lemon juice until smooth. Chill until serving.
Serve crispy gnocchi hot with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
