This recipe was absolutely delicious and uncomplicated! For the two of us, I used only three nests and halved the recipe up to tomato paste with only 1.5 cups veggie broth. I’ll be adding zucchini the next time I make this dish. Thank you!

Fell down the Shorts rabbit hole and came across this recipe by chance… I’m not vegan but it looked really good so I wanted to try it and I used full fat cream with chicken broth and also added sliced mushrooms. The tagliatelle nests I bought were smaller than the ones you used so I added 10 of them and am so glad I did. It was incredibly easy and O-M-G so-o-o-o-o-o delicious. Hubby was blown away by it and I know I’ll be making it again. Thank you for sharing.
So glad you found the recipe, Pauline! Lovely to hear it was easy to make and such a hit with you both. Thanks for sharing how your pasta nests worked out 😊
