- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Vegan butter
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Thyme to taste
- 2 Bay leaves
- 2 Vegetable broth cubes
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce make sure it’s vegan
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 8 slices Baguette bread
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded vegan cheese

- Prepare Onions: In a large pot, heat the olive oil and vegan butter over medium heat. Add the onions, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes until the onions are caramelized.
